All orders with a combined value of £60 or more (after any discounts) will be shipped free of charge within the United Kingdom.
Free Local Pickup
If you live near Lyme Regis and want to save on postage costs, free pick up is now available for all orders.
Just select ‘Local pickup (Lyme Regis)’ when choosing the Shipping option for your order, and you will be sent details of how to arrange collection once your shipment is ready.
Shipping Methods
I will always try to ship items within two working days. Should this not be possible, I will contact the customer. If you have any special shipping requirements please contact me.
United Kingdom
For smaller items such as cards and prints I will normally ship using Royal Mail 1st Class.
Larger items will normally be shipped by Parcel Force express48 which delivers within two days.
Europe and the Rest of the World
For smaller items such as cards and prints I will normally ship using Royal Mail International Standard. The following times
Delivery aim: 3-5 working days for Europe.
Delivery aim: 6-7 working days for the Rest of the World
Import Duties
Please be aware that paintings imported into countries outside the UK and EU may be subject to an import duty levied by that particular country. The duty will be paid by the customer directly to the tax collecting authority usually upon receipt of the goods. Customers outside of the UK are advised to check import duty regulations in their particular territories to ascertain what level of duty they will be liable for before making a purchase. Any import duty levied will be in addition to the stated sale price on this website.
